As part of the City and Guilds Culinary Skills course we were given the opportunity to attend a Craft Guild of Chefs Game workshop at Redbridge College. The students learnt what Game was and why so much is eaten in the UK.  They were also able to take part in the identification of ;

  • Game Birds
  • Deer

This then progressed onto butchery, and finally, the cooking. A very enjoyable trip was had by all the catering students.
