As the term comes to a close, Religious Studies students' were taken on a trip to two different places of worship in Central London, whilst Photography students were taken to the famous London Photographers Gallery in order to gain inspiration for their own work.
As part of ongoing modules this term, Art, Photography, Health & Social Care and Childcare students have all been on visits in order to gain some first-hand research for their courses.
As a part of our Enrichment Initiative, this term students have been given then opportunity to go on several educational visits in order to further their subject knowledge, help gain insight into possible future careers and to promote road safety among young drivers.
On Friday 29th September BBIH organised and hosted a Macmillan coffee morning. Staff and students all took part baking cakes both at home and during catering lessons helping us to raise an incredible £174 for the charity!
Exciting new courses are now all underway including: GCSE Science, GCSE Psychology, level 2 Music Production, level 3 sports coaching, level 3 Childcare, Photography and Art.

Once a term, students from across the trust attend a football tournament at the Powerleague, which is organised by the Essex Football Association.
A special trip to Jump Evolution was organised earlier this year to reward students with excellent attendance. The trip was thoroughly enjoyed by both students and staff alike! Well done to all those students; keep up the good work!
Catering students were given the opportunity to cook a Christmas lunch for staff members. They produced a three course meal consisting of some complex cooking methods.
As part of the City and Guilds Culinary Skills course we were given the opportunity to attend a Craft Guild of Chefs Game workshop at Redbridge College.
