Weekly Work Experience

Every student takes part in weekly work experience at Lambourne Farm, giving them the opportunity to develop practical skills in a real working environment.

Students may gain experience in areas such as:

  • Teamwork
  • Health and safety
  • Following workplace routines

This regular work experience helps students build confidence, independence and employability skills while exploring future career interests.
